Cleanliness of the room definitely needs a boost!!! Stained sofa and dusty fan blades aren't what I expect from a hotel in this price range!!! More effort in maintenance would greatly enhance the experience!!!

Staying at Homewood Suites was enjoyable. The spacious suite felt like home, and the breakfast offerings delighted my mornings. I was let down by the pool's condition during my stay.

i recently stayed at a homewood suites during a family trip and it surpassed my previous experience at other places in allen. the kitchen in the one-bedroom king suite was really well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. also, the breakfast spread was amazing, offering freshly baked pastries and a variety of fruit options.

The location made it easy to visit the

local attractions, and the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. However, the swimming pool was unexpectedly out of service, which disappointed my kids looking forward to swimming every day.

It was just an appropriate option for a short stay in Allen with good value for money. The staff here were incredibly friendly, especially with one of them teaching me some Polish words! For a smoother stay, make sure to ask about kitchen supplies ahead of time.
